Unfortunately the "Full" 2009 tournament will be postponed
due to the current economic times and the lack of
sponsorship available. However, we will be running a scaled
down "Calcutta Only" version this year which I hope you can
participate in...Economic Buster If You Will! This is a
"Back to Our Roots" one day fishing tournament with no bells
and whistles....but there will be no lack of camaraderie and
BEER! We will pay out 90% of the Calcutta and donate the
remaining 10%. No matter if the the economy is up or down,
we are still going to be here to "Fish for a Cure". Please

are starting up a new Offshore Over night Tournament for all you
Topaz Owners...This tournament will be run in the same format as the
Original Topaz Shoot Out, which ran in the late 80's... The event
will be held in Montauk at the Montauk Marine Basin. The date is (capt.
meeting) August 27th- Fish 28th &29th.Awards party following weigh
in.. This is going to be a fun Tournament with all kinds of awards,
fishing for Tuna, Marlin (release) Mako, and Sword fish. We are
looking to start a thread, and get names of interested people. The
Topaz Factory is also interested, and we are looking for involvement
from all. Lets get this Topaz fan club going again, and get everyone
on board for a lot of fun and a great Tournament !!! My name is
